All return / refund requests must be reported within 7 days from receipt of your order. Please contact Customer Service at 800-325-0889 or email us at email@example.com for authorization for a return. IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK ALL MERCHANDISE IN A TIMELY MANNER UPON RECEIPT. Fairway Manufacturing reserves the right to deny any credit requested after 7 DAYS for any reason (Quality, Shortage, Defect, Damage). All returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. If the reported issue is deemed to be invalid or misreported, a restocking charge of 15% may be charged and any return freight charges may be assessed at the sole discretion of our Return Department.
Note: Items that are special ordered or with a custom design or imprint cannot be canceled or accepted for return. Merchandise that has been price marked, shelf worn or removed from it’s original packaging will not be accepted for return.
