All orders are shipped FOB from our Maryland Heights, MO warehouse. Freight charges are based on package weight and destination. Over sized and dimensional sized boxes are subject to additional charges. Shipping charges are billed at actual. Orders placed on-line are not available for rush delivery. For rush delivery you must phone in your order.
